Vanguard model 30 35hp performance parts kit

This is a performance parts kit for you if you are starting with a model 29-30 vanguard (12.5-16 hp). This kit is for 7000 rpm max. It includes almost all the parts required for your full build. These kits were formulated using our flow bench results on the oem heads and intake and our engine building software. We do the exact same procedure when building our own engines. You have to do all the work yourself, if you want longer rods and higher compression pistons contact us after purchasing. We will swap out the length and you will have to purchase pistons separate. This is theoretical power, this has to be built by an experienced engine builder. This kit is for stock unported heads and using a briggs double barrel intake and carb. These kits can take a couple months to ship. Here is what the kit includes:

More info about this kit: Some info may be repeated. This kit is based on what stock heads flow ported by ryan kerr (88cfm). Then the intake is taken into consideration. The stock single barrel intake is a huge restriction, that’s why we upgrade to the 20hp intake, it matches what stock heads can flow after porting (80 cfm) so it does not handicap the heads. This kit includes an upgraded 20hp double barrel intake and carburetor. The rest of the kit has been sized and matched correctly for the proper operating rpms and power level achieved. This is simply a grouping of parts needed for a complete build. There is no savings or premium from buying all these parts separately. Basically we set this kit up the way we would build an engine ourselves at this power level using this platform.
